Return & Refund Policy

We offer returns only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Must be in the original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products (if used)

  • Digital downloads or services


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
